For this residential project, designed by Pr.Engineer Alan Hendrie, the Cobute elements were used for two structures, one for the garage and the other one for the main house. While the garage made use of the Cobute decking for its roof slab, the main house presented an interesting design solution. In fact, the integrated systems for beams (83m), slab (192sqm) and edge ribs (22m) were used for the creation of a suspended ground floor on stub columns. The slab span was over 6m.
